For Schools
Mentoring young people. Supporting education. Building futures.
A large study in Greater Manchester found that mentoring through schools delivered an average 0.6-point increase on the national life satisfaction scale—a measurable wellbeing benefit worth over £100,000 per school. For students at risk of disengagement, the impact is transformative.
“Mentoring significantly contributes to personal, academic and professional development.”
With over a decade of experience in education as a pastoral leader, Head of Year and a Mentor, I understand the pressures schools face. I know how stretched staff can be, and how vital it is to keep vulnerable students engaged. I understand the pressures schools face in supporting vulnerable students and I know what it takes to build resilience and improve outcomes for young people in school settings.
What I offer schools:
1:1 mentoring for LAC (Looked After Children) and vulnerable students
Use of the 16-19 bursary fund to support interventions
Improved engagement and attendance through relational consistent support
Collaboration with staff to ensure joined-up care
