Counselling
A safe, confidential space to explore, heal, and grow.
Counselling tailored to your needs — grounded in a person-centred approach.
I’m a qualified therapeutic counsellor (CPCAB Level 4 & BACP Member) offering counselling to young people and adults. I believe that having a safe, non-judgemental space to talk can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel more connected to yourself and others.
At present, I provide volunteer counselling at:
The BRIT School – supporting young people through challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem, and identity.
London Friend – an LGBT charity where I offer counselling to clients exploring issues around sexuality, gender identity, relationships, and wellbeing.
My approach is person-centred: I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, creating a supportive and empathetic environment where you can explore whatever feels important. I have an enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training, ensuring safety and confidentiality in all my work.

FAQ
-
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share what’s brought you to counselling, and I’ll explain how I work. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we go at your pace.
-
Yes. What we talk about in counselling stays between us. The only exception is if I’m concerned about your safety, or someone else’s — in that case, I would discuss the next steps with you.
-
That depends on your needs. Some people come for a few weeks to focus on a specific issue, while others find ongoing counselling helpful for deeper exploration. We’ll review together as we go along.
-
No. Just bring yourself as you are. Counselling is your space to talk about whatever feels most important.
-
It’s really important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor. If you decide I’m not the right fit for you, that’s okay — I can help you think about what might work better.

Payment is made by bank transfer before each session. Reduced-fee spaces are available for those who need them — please feel free to ask.
